
POSTURE EXERCISES
OK, WE ARE ALL HUNCHED OVER OUR MOBILE DEVICES.
IT IS THE SILHOUETTE OF THIS GENERATION, HEAD HANGING DOWN, A GLOW FROM THE SCREEN SHINING ON THE FACE AND HUNCHED OVER SHOULDERS. OF COURSE, ADD TO THE MOBILE DEVICE A LAPTOP OR DESKTOP COMPUTER THAT AGAIN ESTABLISHES THE HUNCHED OVER POSTURE. TO THAT, ADD EVERY DECADE OF LIFE, AND GRAVITY PUSHES DOWN AND FORWARD. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY, POSTURE EXERCISES ARE REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE. POSTURE IS EVERYTHING FOR GOOD HEALTH AND FOR LOOKING GOOD. OPENING THE CHEST, LIFTING THE CHEST, PUSHING DOWN THE SHOULDERS AND LIFTING AS YOU ENGAGE THE ABS AND BUTT IS AN ELONGATED LIFTED STANCE DONE WITH THE CHIN PARALLEL TO THE FLOOR. THE EXERCISES NEEDED TO MAKE THAT POSTURE STANCE NATURAL ARE THE CHALLENGE. IT TAKES TIME TO CORRECT THE POSTURE, BUT IT IS AN EFFORT WELL WORTH THE TIME. I AM WORKING ON THIS AS WE SPEAK AND I AM SHARING MY REGIMEN.

I do Barre and TRX Straps 4 to 5 days a week. It has changed my life and my body. It is the only thing that helps me get thru peri-menopause!!!! of course eating well. I also, take a 1/4 of a tsp of Red Reishi powder as a tea 2 times daily. I am 51. I love Norma as she is authentic and an inspiration. Rock on girl.
